Processing & Shipping

All orders ship from Kansas.
Current processing time is 2–3 weeks before shipment unless otherwise specified. 

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.


Rush Orders

Need it sooner? If our schedule allows, a Rush Order upgrade may be available for an additional fee.

Local Pickup (Wichita Area)

Local pickup is available in the Wichita, KS area.
If you would like to arrange pickup, please select the local pickup option at checkout or message us before ordering.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.


Cancellations & Refunds

Because our items are made-to-order and personalized, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review spelling, font selections, colors, and shipping details before submitting your order.
